A studio’s week is a grid, not a list of appointments. Shinova treats it that way: each session has a capacity, a late-cancel window and a waitlist, and the grid repeats until you change it.
Credits are the part that goes wrong elsewhere. Here a 10-pack is drawn down per visit, comes back on an on-time cancel, and expires on the date you set. Memberships renew on their own and tell you when a card fails.

Clients install an app with your name, icon and colours. Reminders arrive as push notifications, not as text costs.

Instructors and personal training.
- Instructor accounts that see their own rosters and sessions, with money and reports kept to the owner.
- Reassign a session to a different instructor when someone is out. Clients are not notified of the swap automatically today.
- Personal training as appointments: each trainer’s own availability, session lengths and prices, with requests you approve and the card held until you do.
- Injury notes a client chooses to share show as a flag on the roster for the instructor taking the class.

- Your text, your versions, signed with a typed name before the first booking goes through.
- Enforced in the database: staff cannot book an unsigned client either.
