Live for every business on Shinova today.
- Referral programClients share a link; the referrer is rewarded when the referred client first pays. Switched on per business. Shipped October 2026.
- Staff roles with real boundariesOwner, admin, manager, front desk and instructor roles, enforced in the database. Instructors see only their own sessions; money stays with the owner. Shipped October 2026.
- Client list exportOwners can export their client list as a CSV. Shipped October 2026.
- Event questionsAsk each ticket buyer custom questions at checkout, once per ticket. Shipped October 2026.
- Counter walk-insFront desk checks a walk-in into a class, takes a signed waiver on the spot, and records the payment. Shipped October 2026.
- Calendar feedsEach business and each client can subscribe to their schedule from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. Shipped September 2026.
- Two-way text and email inboxReplies from leads and clients land in one inbox, not on a personal phone. Shipped September 2026.
- Waitlists that refill themselvesWhen someone cancels, the next person on the waitlist gets the spot and is told by push and email. Shipped August 2026.

- Salon chairs and depositsA solo stylist or barber can take appointment bookings, but Shinova doesn’t manage chairs, services that differ by chair, or a partial deposit at booking.
- Multiple locationsEach business has one address in Shinova.
